1. CONTACT INFO. For inquiries, booking, or emergencies, please call or text 816-876-0080.
  2. HOURS. Check-in time is from 12-8 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Please check with staff before 11 am
    if you wish to extend your stay. No guarantee of availability. Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
    Excessive noise or public disturbance may result in eviction without notice or refund. Visitors of
    contracted guest(s) are not allowed on premises during “quiet time” hours. Guests are responsible for
    the actions of their visitors.
  3. DRIVING. The speed limit is 5 MPH. Pedestrians have the right of way. Please watch for children.
  4. PETS. Pets are welcome. You must keep your pet(s) on a leash no longer than 10’ long while outside.
    Pets are not to be left outside unattended, including on a tether or in a kennel. Pets are not allowed
    outside of the RV Park (past RV Site #1.) If your pet is running loose, there will be a $25 charge per
    occurrence. Guests are expected to clean up after their pet- including waste. Any guest who fails to
    clean up after their pet will be fined $25 and continued violations will result in eviction without a
    refund. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. (Note: Any animal which the
    park determines to be, or in good faith believes to be, aggressive, will not be allowed at the park.
    Additionally, Guests agrees that they will not bring any pet to the park which has bitten a human,
    another animal, or has otherwise shown aggressive tendencies of any manner.) Guests must be able to
    provide proof of vaccination upon request. Guests hereby agree to be completely responsible for,
    indemnify, and hold the park harmless for damage to any person or property caused by the Guest’s
    pet.
  5. INTERNET/WI-FI. The Internet is not monitored and is provided “as is.” There are no guarantees of
    speed or performance. Please see your confirmation email for Wi-Fi password. Wi-Fi usage is strictly
    monitored and is not to be used for any illegal downloading or activity. Violation of this rule will result
    in immediate termination of Wi-Fi usage and potential termination of the rental agreement.
  6. RV CONDITION. The park reserves the right to refuse any RV based on appearance. Rigs over 10 years
    of age must be approved in writing prior to signing a rental agreement. The park does not accept live-in
    horse trailers, or FEMA trailers. Truck campers are accepted but must not be dropped from the truck.
  7. UTILITIES. All hoses, electrical cords, etc. must be hooked up on your site only and out of the way
    (tucked up under your rig preferably.) Sewer hoses need to be enclosed in PVC or elevated. During
    freezing weather, guests must unhook and drain their freshwater hoses. NO ELECTRIC HEATERS.
  8. SITE ACCESS. One camping unit and two vehicles per site, max. Parking on or driving through empty
    sites is not allowed. If the guests’ party consists of more than two vehicles, please contact
    management prior to arrival for parking alternatives. All vehicles must be operable and otherwise in
    good condition. Non-operative vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. Vehicles are to be kept on the gravel and on your site only. Blocking roadways and/or other sites is prohibited. No construction, auto repairs (oil changes, rebuilds, general maintenance, etc.), or washing of vehicles or RV’s/campers are allowed within the park. Only street legal vehicles may be operated within the park. NO electric vehicle charging.
  9. GENERAL UPKEEP OF SITE. In order to maintain the beauty and visual aesthetics of the park, staff will
    regularly inspect sites and have the sole authority to require improvements, modifications, or changes
    to individual sites including personal belongings. This includes, but is not limited to, materials,
    decorations, and items around each individual site. No hanging of clothes, etc. outside of RVs.
    Remember to close your awning if you leave your site. Strong winds can occur suddenly and can cause
    significant damage to your camper. Guests must keep sites neat and clutter free. Please keep items out
    of the grass, so we can mow it easily. No tarps, skirting of any kind for any period of time, or unsightly
    covers allowed in the park.
  10. SMOKING. Smoking/Vaping is allowed at your site only. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the
    ground.
  11. TRASH. Guests must bag all of their garbage and place all of their trash in the dumpsters provided.
    Only household generated garbage should be placed in the dumpsters. No hazardous or flammable
    materials are to be thrown in the dumpsters. This includes but is not limited to waste from black or
    gray water tanks, ash from grills, cigarettes, broken furniture, rugs, bikes or mattresses. Littering of any
    kind (trash, cigarette butts, or other waste) will be cause for eviction without a refund. Guests agree to
    pay a $25 fine per occurrence. The park will charge the disposal cost of any items left behind to the
    guests.
  12. CHILDREN. Children under the age of 18 are to be supervised at all times. Parents and guardians have
    sole responsibility for their conduct and safety as well as any injuries or damage that occur. The park
    asks children to utilize the grassy areas of your site for playing. Screaming/ loud horseplay can raise
    concern for our other guests. The park thanks you in advance for keeping the park a quiet place for
    all to enjoy.
  13. HUNTING GUESTS. No animal carcasses or remains are allowed in the park or in our dumpsters. No
    outside storage is allowed. Sites must always be kept clean and accessible to park staff for
    maintenance.
  14. CAMPFIRES. Campfires are strictly prohibited outside designated campfire rings or fire pits. No fires are
    permitted on the park grounds when there is an active burn ban in place. Please speak with park staff
    for permission before constructing a fire.
  15. FIREARMS/FIREWORKS. The discharging of firearms and fireworks is strictly prohibited.
  16. ILLEGAL DRUGS. Guests must refrain from any illegal drug use, excessive alcohol use, and/or any
    disorderly conduct. Suspicion of such activity is grounds for immediate eviction from the park without
    a refund.
  17. USE RESTRICTIONS. Guests agree to use their rented space for the sole purpose of a recreational
    camping site and for no other purpose or purposes including, without limitation, any commercial
    purpose, without the written consent of park having been obtained in advance. Guests shall comply
    with all federal, state and local laws regarding the possession of space.
  18. RESERVATION POLICY. All reservations include the first night rates as a non-refundable deposit. Any
    cancellations 30 days prior to reservation date are eligible for refund, minus the deposit and a $25
    cancellation fee. Cancellations within 29-8 days are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the deposit and
    $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days prior to reservation are no longer eligible for a refund.
    No-shows and early check-outs are not eligible for a refund. All reservations must be paid in full at the
    time of the reservation. When a refund is warranted, Guests hereby acknowledge that a refund may
    take up to thirty (30) days for processing. Guests may not transfer their reservation or occupancy of a
    space to a third party without the park’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld in the
    park’s sole discretion. Guest shall not assign or sublease this Agreement, either in whole or in part.
    Further, Guest is strictly prohibited from attempting to lease any space at the park.
  19. ABANDONMENT. Abandonment of property for more than 48 hours after contractual check out will
    result in property being removed/towed at the guests’ expense. If these circumstances arise, guests
    are subject to pay for site property remaining until said 48 hours has commenced and property is
    removed.
  20. GUEST CONTACT. Guests hereby authorize and give the park the express permission to contact and
    communicate with Guests via telephone, text, fax, or email for all purposes in relation to the park.
    Furthermore, Guests give the park (including all managers, employees, and agents) permission to send
    text messages to Guests’ provided cell phone number for the purposes of providing any notices related
    this Agreement or any other communication which the park deems necessary or convenient to provide
    to the Guests. Standard messaging rates may apply, and any fees incurred by Guests related to
    communications between the park and Guests shall be Guests’ sole responsibility. To facilitate the
    notices allowed and provided for in this Agreement, Guests agrees to keep a current email address of
    record and telephone number with the park and to notify the park in writing of any change in Guests’
    email address or telephone number.
  21. TERMS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement will not affect the validity
    of any other provision of this Agreement and, in the event that any provision is determined to be
    invalid or otherwise illegal, this Agreement will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance
    with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
  22. NO LANDLORD TENANT RELATIONSHIP. Guests understand and acknowledge that Guests are granted
    a non-exclusive license to park in a site at the park, but that Guests are not tenants of the park, have
    no leasehold or other estate in the park, and are rather transient guests of the park. Accordingly, in the
    event Guests fail to check out (or remove all property) at the designated time, fail to pay any amounts
    due and owing to the park, violates any of the park’s rules, or are otherwise asked to leave the park,
    Guests agree that Guests shall be criminally and civilly liable for trespassing, shall be treated as a
    trespasser, and that eviction proceedings shall not be necessary to remove Guests from the park.
    Further, in the event the park is required to initiate eviction or other legal proceedings to remove. Guests and/or their property (despite Guests having no leasehold or other estate in the park), Guests shall be liable for the park’s costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred in bringing and prosecuting any such legal proceeding.
  23. LIABILITY WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION. Warning: under Missouri Law, a private campground
    owner or an employee is not liable for an injury to or the death of a person or any property damage
    resulting from the inherent risks of camping under the Revised Statutes of Missouri 537.328, RSMo. Use
    of the campground water, sewer, and electrical hook-ups are at your own risk. In consideration for
    being permitted to engage in activities at the park and for other good and valuable consideration, the
    receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Guest, on behalf of Guest’s
    self, minor children (or on behalf of any wards over whom Guest is charged with the care and custody
    of), heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby WAIVES, RELEASES, AND DISCHARGES Starlite RV Park, LLC,
    together with its members, managers, agents, employees, affiliated entities, successors, heirs, and
    assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all loss, injury, or liability which may be
    sustained by Guest (or any of Guest’s guests or minor children) while in, on, or upon the park (including
    any improvements thereon) owned by the Released Properties, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS
    IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, ANY OF THEIR AGENTS OR
    EMPLOYEES, OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY. In the event that the Guest (or Guests’ guests or minor
    children) require medical care or treatment while at the park or as a result of any activity at the park,
    Guest agrees to be financially responsible for any costs incurred for such treatment.

Any violation of the Rules and Regulations will result in a $25 fine. The park reserves the right to evict,
without a refund, any guest for any violation. Owner reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and fees without notice, as we deem necessary.
